MPCWallet Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing MPCWallet service. The " MPCWallet Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") is signed by the Bloomfield Technology Limited(hereinafter referred to as "the company" or "we") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user"). The legal effect of the contract between the companies.

The company hereby reminds you that before using MPCWallet (hereinafter referred to as " MPCWallet " or this software, MPCWallet can be downloaded on various mobile application platforms, including but not limited to Google Play and App Store), please read the " MPCWallet " carefully. Wallet Service Agreement and the related agreements mentioned later, especially the terms of "Exemption and Limitation of Liability" stipulated in this agreement will be shown in bold, to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this agreement and evaluate the risks yourself.

▪️ Confirmation and acceptance of this agreement:

1. Please note that this agreement and related agreements apply to MPCWallet and the decentralized applications (referred to as "DApps") independently developed and owned by the company on MPCWallet (excluding DApps developed by third parties).

2. When you download the MPCWallet software and create or import a wallet, it is deemed that you have fully read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, which will take effect immediately and be binding on both parties.

3. This agreement may be updated by the company at any time. Once the revised agreement is published on MPCWallet , it will take effect immediately and automatically without prior notice. After the company announces the revised terms of the agreement, if you do not accept the revised terms, please stop using MPCWallet immediately, and your continued use of MPCWallet will be deemed to accept the revised agreement.

4. If you are under the age of 18, or a person with no or limited capacity for civil conduct, please use MPCWallet under the guidance of your parents or guardians.

▪️ Definition:

1) MPCWallet : refers to the digital wallets of multiple blockchain systems (and other blockchains that will be supported in the future) developed by the company based on distributed ledger technology, including other auxiliary systems developed to facilitate your use of the blockchain system tool.

2. User:

A. The user must be a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct;

B. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you need to use MPCWallet under the guidance of your parents or guardians. MPCWallet has the right to ask you and your parents or guardians to be responsible for all the consequences caused when a person without civil capacity uses MPCWallet or restricts a person with civil capacity to engage in transactions beyond the scope of their civil rights or capacity.

3. Excluded persons:

A. A person other than a natural person who has the legal and conscious ability to enter into this Agreement;

B. Users which are prohibited, restricted, unauthorized or ineligible to use the Services (as defined in this Agreement) in any form or by any means (in whole or in part) as a result of this Agreement, legal, regulatory requirements or the provisions of the jurisdiction applicable to the User ). For the avoidance of doubt, Chinese users are also included in the definition of "Excluded persons".

4) Use related:

A.Create or import wallet: refers to the process of you using MPCWallet, confirming the fulfillment of this agreement and creating or importing a wallet.

B. Wallet password: refers to the password that the software operation interface prompts you to fill in during the process of creating the MPCWallet wallet, which is used to encrypt and protect the private key. As a DApp, the wallet password is not stored on your mobile device or the company's server. Once lost, you need to reset the new password with the help of the plaintext private key or mnemonic. Information prompts: The information prompts involved in the operation interface of the MPCWallet software, users are advised to follow the relevant steps.

C. Specific users: refers to users who must cooperate with the company in fulfilling the obligation of personal information disclosure in accordance with the laws, regulations and policies of Singapore.

D. Private key: It is composed of 256 random characters and is the core of the user's possession and use of digital tokens.

E. Public key: The private key is generated by one-way derivation with the help of cryptographic principles, and is used to generate the blockchain digital wallet address, which is the public payment address.

F. Mnemonics: Comply with the blockchain BIP39 industry standard, consisting of 12 (or 15/18/21/24) ordered words generated by random algorithms. It is an easy-to-record representation of the private key, which is convenient for users to back up and keep.

G. Keystore: It is a file format in which the private key or mnemonic is encrypted and saved by the wallet password set by the user. It is only stored in your mobile device and will not be synchronized to the company's server.

H. Digital tokens: Refers to the types of digital tokens currently supported by MPCWallet , including but not limited to ETH, EOS, etc.

I. Data: refers to the "information" and other content materials on MPCWallet. These materials are owned by the company and may not be reproduced without authorization. These materials are for your information only and do not constitute our guidance or advice for your trading.

J. Personal information: refers to various information recorded by electronic or other means that can identify the user's personal identity alone or in combination with other information, including but not limited to the name, date of birth, ID number, personal biometric information, address of a natural person, phone number, bank card number, email address, wallet address, mobile device information, operation records, transaction records, etc., excluding the user's wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore, which are not necessary for our company as stipulated by national laws. When collecting information, our company will collect it after obtaining the consent of the individual, and guarantee that the collected personal information will be kept strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to other third parties without the consent of the individual.

K. China: refers to the People's Republic of China, including Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan.

L. Third-party services: refers to products and services provided by third-party DApps, third-party DeFi, third-party smart contracts, third-party open source protocols, third-party web pages, third-party hardware wallets, third-party online web wallets, third-party exchanges, etc.

▪️ Service Content:

1. Create or import a wallet. For digital tokens supported by MPCWallet , you can use MPCWallet to generate a new wallet or import a compatible wallet generated by other wallet tools of the relevant blockchain system.

2. Transfer and collection. You can use the transfer and collection functions of MPCWallet to manage digital tokens, that is, use the private key to perform electronic signatures and modify the ledger of the relevant blockchain. Transfer means that the payer uses the payee's blockchain address to perform transfer operations, and the actual transfer and collection behaviors take place in the relevant blockchain system (not MPCWallet ).

3. Manage digital assets. You can use MPCWallet to add, keep and remove digital tokens supported by MPCWallet .

4. Browse DApps. Through the link on MPCWallet , users can jump to the DApp and use the services provided by the DApp (including the company's own DApp and third-party DApps).

5. Transaction records. We will copy all or part of your transaction records through the blockchain system. However, the transaction records are subject to the records of the blockchain system.

6. Suspension of service. You know that based on the "irrevocable" nature of transactions in the blockchain system, we cannot suspend or revoke operations such as transfer transactions for you, but under certain circumstances, we can suspend or limit the operation of a user's MPCWallet software.

7. Token swap. Users can swap digital tokens with third-party smart contracts or third-party DEXs. MPCWallet is used as an interface tool to help users interact with third parties and display the corresponding results of the digital token swap.

8. Other services that the company deems necessary to provide.

▪️ Users should understand the following common problems when accepting the above services provided by the company:

1. Adhering to the decentralized characteristics of the blockchain, and in order to protect the security of users' digital tokens, the company provides decentralized services, which are greatly different from banking financial institutions. The user understands that the company (decentralized solution) does not provide the following services:

A. Store the user's wallet password (that is, the password set when the user creates/imports the wallet), private key, mnemonic, and Keystore;

B. Retrieve the user's wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore;

C. Freeze wallet;

D. Report the loss of the wallet;

E. Restore wallet;

F. Transaction rollback.

2. Since the company does not provide the above services, users should keep the mobile device containing MPCWallet , backup MPCWallet , backup wallet password, mnemonic, private key and Keystore by themselves. If the user loses the mobile device, deletes and does not back up the MPCWallet , deletes and does not back up the wallet, the wallet is stolen or forgets the wallet password, private key, mnemonic, and Keystore, the company cannot restore the wallet or retrieve the wallet password and private key. , mnemonic, Keystore; if the user makes a mistake in the transaction (such as entering the wrong transfer address, wrongly entering the exchange amount), we cannot cancel the transaction, and the company shall not be held responsible for this.

3. The digital token management services provided by MPCWallet do not include all existing digital tokens. Please do not operate any digital tokens that MPCWallet does not support through MPCWallet .

4. MPCWallet is only a digital token management tool for users, not an exchange or trading platform. Although this agreement will refer to "transaction" many times, its behavior generally refers to user usage. The transfer and collection operations performed by MPCWallet are fundamentally different from "transactions" performed on exchanges or trading platforms.

5. The DApps integrated on MPCWallet include DApps owned by the company and DApps provided by third-party platforms. For DApps provided by third-party platforms, MPCWallet only provides blockchain browsers for users to enter DApps. Before accepting services or conducting transactions on third-party DApps, users should judge and evaluate whether there are risks in the services or transactions provided by the third-party DApps.

Your rights and obligations:

1.Create or import a wallet

A. Create or import a wallet: You have the right to create and/or import a wallet through MPCWallet on your mobile device, to set the wallet password and other information of the wallet, and to use your own wallet through the MPCWallet application. Transactions such as transferring and receiving money are carried out on the blockchain.

B. Identity verification: According to relevant laws, regulations and policy requirements, when a specific user uses the relevant services provided by MPCWallet , he should complete the relevant identity verification in a timely manner according to the prompts of MPCWallet , requiring you to submit information including but not limited to your name, ID card Personal information such as phone number, mobile phone number, bank card number information, etc. Otherwise, the specific user will not be able to use the relevant services, and the loss caused by the delay of the specific user shall be borne by you.

C. The company may develop different software versions for different terminal devices, you should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to your actual needs. If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name as this software from a third party that is not legally authorized, the company cannot guarantee the normal use of the software, nor its security, and you shall be responsible for the loss caused by this.

D. After a new version of this software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. The Company does not guarantee the security, continued availability and corresponding customer service of older versions of the software. Please feel free to check and download the latest version.

2.Usage:

A. Users should keep their mobile devices, wallet passwords, private keys, mnemonics, Keystore and other information properly. The company is not responsible for keeping the above information for users. You shall bear all risks, responsibilities, losses and expenses caused by your loss of your mobile device, active or passive disclosure, forgetting your wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore, or being attacked or defrauded by others.

B. Follow the information prompts. You understand and agree to follow the information prompts made by MPCWallet to you, and operate according to the content of the information prompts, otherwise, all risks, liabilities, losses, expenses, etc. arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

C. You know and understand that MPCWallet is not obliged to perform due diligence on the linked third-party DApp services or transactions, and you should make rational investment decisions and independently assume the corresponding investment risks.

D. Actively complete identity authentication. When MPCWallet reasonably believes that your transaction behavior or transaction situation is abnormal, or that your identity information is suspicious, or MPCWallet believes that your identity document or other necessary documents should be checked, please actively cooperate with MPCWallet to check Your valid ID or other necessary documents, and complete the relevant identity verification in a timely manner.

3. Transfer:

A. Please note that the daily transfer limit and number of transactions you can use in the MPCWallet service may be due to the country/region where you use the transfer service, regulatory requirements, transfer purpose, MPCWallet risk control, identity verification, etc. different reasons.

B. Please understand the "irrevocable" property of operations based on the blockchain. When you use the MPCWallet transfer function, you should bear the consequences of your mistakes (including but not limited to The problem of choosing the transfer node server by itself).

C. Please note that when using the MPCWallet service, the following situations may result in a transfer "transaction failure" or "packaging timeout":

a. insufficient wallet balance;

b. Insufficient transaction miner fees;

c. The blockchain fails to execute the contract code;

d. Exceeding the payment limit stipulated by regulatory authorities, MPCWallet or laws and regulations;

e. Technical failure of network, equipment, etc.;

f. Transactions are abandoned due to block chain network congestion, failures, etc.;

g. Your address or counterparty address is identified as a special address, such as high-risk address, exchange address, ICO address, Token address, etc.

D. Please note that MPCWallet only provides you with transfer tools. After you use MPCWallet to complete the transfer, the company has completed all the obligations of the current service, and the company is not responsible for other disputes.

E. Legal Compliance. You know that when operating on MPCWallet or using DApps on MPCWallet to conduct transactions, you should follow the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and national policies.

F. Announcement Notice. MPCWallet will send you notifications in the form of website announcements, emails, text messages, phone calls, message center information, pop-up prompts or client notifications, for example, to notify you of transaction progress, or to prompt you to perform related operations, please promptly pay attention.

4. Service Fees and Tax Liability:

A. MPCWallet does not charge you any form of service fee or handling fee for the time being, and will separately agree or announce rules when charging for certain services in the future;

B. You should pay the miner fee when you transfer tokens using MPCWallet , and the amount is up to you. Mining fees are charged by the relevant blockchain;

C. You know that under certain circumstances, due to the unstable environment and network status you are in, if your transfer operation is not completed, the relevant blockchain system will still charge miner fees;

D. You are responsible for paying all taxable and other expenses incurred by you as a result of your transactions on MPCWallet .

▪️ Risk warning:

1. Please understand and note that since the laws, regulations and policies in the field of digital tokens are not yet sound, the digital tokens in this field may have major risks such as inability to cash and technical instability. And the price volatility of digital tokens is much higher than that of other financial assets. We prudently remind you that you should rationally choose to hold or dispose of any digital token according to your own financial situation and risk appetite. The market data function provided by MPCWallet is only a search result of capturing the exchange rate information of digital tokens of some exchanges, and does not represent the latest market or the best quotation.

2. When using MPCWallet services, if you or your counterparty fail to comply with this agreement or the operation tips and rules in the relevant website descriptions, transactions, and payment pages, MPCWallet does not guarantee that the transaction will be successfully completed, and MPCWallet are not liable for damages. If the above situation occurs, and the money has been credited to your account or your counterparty account.

3. For MPCWallet or third-party wallet, please note that the "irreversible" property of blockchain operations and the "irrevocable" feature of related transactions, and you and your counterparty shall bear the corresponding risks and consequences

4. When you use the third-party DApp services integrated with MPCWallet or conduct transactions, for your benefit, the company recommends that you carefully read this agreement and MPCWallet tips, understand the transaction object and product information, and carefully evaluate the risks before taking action. All transactions you conduct in third-party DApps are your personal actions, and a binding contractual relationship is established between you and your counterparty, and has nothing to do with MPCWallet . MPCWallet is not responsible for all risks, liabilities, losses and expenses caused by your trading behavior.

5. During the transaction process, you should judge by yourself whether the other party is a person with full civil capacity and decide whether to conduct transactions with the other party or transfer money to the other party, etc., and you shall bear all the risks related to this.

6. During the transfer process, if there is a similar abnormal message such as "transaction failure", "packaging timeout", etc., you should re-confirm through the official channels of the relevant blockchain or other blockchain query tools to ensure that the transaction fails. Avoid repeated transfers; otherwise, all losses and expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

7. Please note that after you create or import a wallet on MPCWallet , your Keystore, private key, mnemonic and other information are only stored in the current mobile device, not on MPCWallet or the company's server. You can replace your mobile device by synchronizing your wallet and other methods according to the operation guide provided by MPCWallet . However, if you do not save or backup your wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore and other information and if your mobile device is lost, your digital tokens will be lost and the company will not be able to retrieve them for you, you need to bear the corresponding losses. If you leak your wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore and other information when exporting, saving or backing up, or the device or server that saves or backs up the above information is attacked or controlled by hackers, your digital tokens will be lost. Therefore, if it is lost, the company cannot retrieve it for you, and you shall bear the corresponding loss by yourself.

8. We recommend that you make a safe backup of your wallet's password, private key, mnemonic and Keystore when creating or importing a wallet. We remind you not to use the following backup methods: screenshots, emails, notepads, text messages, WeChat, QQ and other electronic backup methods. We recommend that you transcribe information such as mnemonics and Keystore on a paper notepad, and you can also store electronic data in a password manager.

9. We recommend that you use MPCWallet in a safe network environment to ensure that your mobile device is not jail-broken or rooted to avoid possible security risks.

10. In the process of using our services, beware of non-official frauds of MPCWallet . We encourage you to notify us as soon as you discover such behavior.

▪️ Change, interruption and termination of service:

1. You agree that the company can temporarily provide some service functions, or suspend some service functions or open new service functions in the future in order to ensure the right of independent business operation. When any function is reduced, added or changed, as long as you still use the services provided by the company, it means that you still agree to this agreement or the revised terms of this agreement.

2. You understand that the company will suspend the provision of services when the following circumstances exist:

A. Business interruption due to technical reasons such as equipment, blockchain maintenance, upgrades, failures, and communication interruptions;

B. Due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars or terrorist attacks, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability or government actions, etc., the company's system cannot provide services or the company reasonably believes that it continues The provision of services involves greater risks;

C. Other circumstances beyond our control or reasonably foreseeable occur.

D. The company may unilaterally suspend or terminate your use of some or all of the functions of MPCWallet when you:

1. The user deceases;

2. Stealing other people's wallet information or mobile devices;

3. Provide false information when filling in personal information;

4. Reject the forced update operation initiated by the company to improve the function of MPCWallet ;

5. Use MPCWallet for illegal or criminal activities;

6. Obstructing the normal use of other users;

7. Falsely claim to be a staff member or manager of the company;

8. Attack, invade, alter or in any other way threaten the normal operation of the company's computer system;

9. Use MPCWallet to promote spam;

10. Spread rumors and damage the goodwill of the company and MPCWallet ;

11. Illegal acts, other acts in violation of this agreement, and situations where the company reasonably believes that the function should be suspended.

3. When the service relationship between you and the company is changed, interrupted or terminated, you still have the right to export your wallet and other information within a reasonable time.

▪️ Your promise to legally use the company's services:

1. You shall abide by the laws and regulations of the country or region where you live, and shall not use MPCWallet for any illegal purpose, nor use the company's services in any illegal manner.

2. You shall not use MPCWallet to engage in illegal or criminal acts, including but not limited to:

A. Opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution, endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, and undermines national unity;

B. Engage in any illegal and criminal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, illegal fundraising, etc.;

C. By using any automated programs, software, engines, web crawlers, web analysis tools, data mining tools or similar tools to access the company's services, collect or process the content provided by the company, interfere or attempt to interfere with any user or any Access to the company's services in other ways;

D. Provide gambling information or induce others to participate in gambling in any way;

E. Invade others' MPCWallet to steal digital tokens;

F. Conducting a transaction that is inconsistent with the transaction content claimed by the counterparty, or an untrue transaction;

G. Engage in any acts that infringe or may infringe the MPCWallet service system and data;

H. Other illegal and inappropriate behaviors that the company has justifiable reasons for.

3. Please understand and agree that if you violate relevant laws (including but not limited to customs and tax regulations) or the provisions of this agreement, the company will suffer any loss, be claimed by any third party or any administrative department penalty, you shall indemnify the Company, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

4. You are not an excluded person eligible to use the MPCWallet service.

5. You promise to pay the company's service fees (if any) on time, otherwise the company has the right to suspend or suspend the services provided to you.

▪️ Privacy Policy:

The company attaches great importance to the protection of user privacy. For relevant privacy protection policies, please refer to the " MPCWallet Privacy Policy" published by the company and updated from time to time.

▪️ Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

1. The company is only responsible for the obligations set out in this agreement.

2. Please understand and agree that to the extent permitted by law, the company can only provide MPCWallet services in accordance with the existing technical level and conditions. The company is not responsible for the failure of MPCWallet to provide services due to the following reasons:

A. MPCWallet system shut down for maintenance or upgrade;

B. Due to force majeure such as typhoon, earthquake, flood, lightning or terrorist attack;

C. Your mobile device software and hardware, communication lines, and power supply lines are faulty;

D. You use the company's services improperly or without authorization or approval of the company;

E. Due to viruses, Trojan horses, malicious program attacks, network congestion, system instability, system or equipment failures, communication failures, power failures, bank and other reasons or government actions;

F. Any other reasons not caused by the company.

3) The company is not responsible for the following situations:

A. Loss of digital tokens due to users losing mobile devices, deleting and not backing up MPCWallet , deleting and not backing up wallets, wallet theft or forgetting wallet passwords, private keys, mnemonics, and Keystore.

B. Loss of digital tokens caused by the user discloses the wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore, or borrows, transfers or authorizes others to use their own mobile device or MPCWallet wallet, or fails to download the MPCWallet application or other unsafe wallet through the official channels of the company;

C. Loss of digital tokens due to user misoperation (including but not limited to your input of the wrong transfer address and the problem of your own choice of transfer node server);

D. Loss of digital tokens due to misoperation caused by users not understanding the nature of blockchain technology;

E. Due to time lag, instability of the blockchain, etc., the company copies the user's transaction records on the blockchain to be biased;

4. Risks and consequences of users operating on third-party DApps. Please understand that MPCWallet is only used as a tool for your digital token management. The company cannot control the quality, safety or legality of the products and services provided by the third-party DApp, the authenticity or accuracy of the information, and the ability of the counterparty to perform its obligations under the agreement with you. All transactions you conduct in third-party DApps are your personal actions, and a binding contractual relationship is established between you and your counterparty, and has nothing to do with MPCWallet . The company reminds you that you should determine the authenticity, legality and validity of the login DApp and related information through your own prudent judgment. Your transactions with any third party are also at your own risk.

The company may provide services for you and your counterparty at the same time. You agree to expressly exempt the company from any actual or potential conflict of interest in such conduct, and do not use this to assert that the company has legal existence when providing services. The defects on the website will not aggravate the responsibility or duty of care of the company.

▪️ The company does not provide the following forms of guarantee::

1. Our services will meet all your needs;

2. Any technology, products, services and information you obtain through our services will meet your expectations;

3. The company guarantees the timeliness, accuracy, completeness and reliability of the digital token market transactions and other information captured by the company from third-party exchanges;

4. All parties to your transaction on MPCWallet will promptly perform their obligations in the transaction agreement with you.

5. In any case, the total liability of the company for breach of contract under this agreement shall not exceed A. 0.1 ETH; or B. SGD 100, whichever is higher.

6. Please note that MPCWallet is only used as a tool for users to manage digital tokens and display transaction information, and the company does not provide legal, tax or investment advice and other services. You should seek advice from legal, tax, and investment professionals, and our company is not responsible for any investment loss, data loss, etc. you suffer while using our services.

7. Please understand that according to the requirements of relevant policies and regulations, we may change our user access standards from time to time, and limit the scope and method of providing services to a specific group.

▪️ Complete Agreement:

1. This agreement consists of the " MPCWallet Service Agreement ", " MPCWallet Privacy Policy " and various rules announced by the company from time to time.

2. If part of the content of this agreement is found to be violated or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, it does not affect the validity of other content.

3. Any translated version of this agreement is provided for the convenience of users only and is not intended to modify the terms of this agreement. In the event of a conflict between the Chinese version and the non-Chinese version of this Agreement, the Chinese version shall prevail.

▪️ Intellectual Property Protection:

MPCWallet is an application developed and owned by the company. The intellectual property rights of any content displayed in MPCWallet (including this agreement, announcements, articles, videos, audios, pictures, files, information, materials, trademarks or logos) are owned by the company or third-party rights holders. Users can only use the MPCWallet application and its contents for the purpose of holding and managing digital tokens. Without the prior written consent of the company or third-party rights holders, no one may use, modify, decompile, reproduce, publicly transmit, change, distribute, publish or publicly publish the above-mentioned applications and contents.

▪️ Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:

1. The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement and its revisions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. If there are no relevant legal provisions, international business practices and/or industry practices shall apply.

2. If there is any dispute or dispute between you and the company, it should be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit it to the court with jurisdiction where the company is located.

1. If you are a user outside of Singapore, you need to fully understand and abide by all relevant laws, regulations and rules in your jurisdiction and the use of our services.

2. If you encounter any problems during the use of our services, you can contact us by submitting feedback on MPCWallet .

3. You can view this agreement in MPCWallet . The company encourages you to review the company's service agreement every time you visit MPCWallet .

MPCWallet Privacy Policy

The Bloomfield Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we") respects and protects the privacy of users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "users"), when you use MPCWallet , we will collect and use your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy"). Your personal information and the personal information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.

This policy can be updated by us online at any time. Once the updated policy is published, it will replace the original policy. If you do not accept the revised terms, please stop using MPCWallet immediately, and your continued use of MPCWallet will be deemed to accept the revised policy . Once the revised policy is posted on MPCWallet , it will automatically take effect immediately. You shall understand that this policy and other relevant regulations apply to MPCWallet and our own DApps on MPCWallet .

Please be aware that we collect the following information from you for the purpose of satisfying your service needs in MPCWallet , and we attach great importance to the protection of your privacy. When we collect your information, we will strictly abide by the principle of "lawful, legitimate and necessary". You will need to understand that if you do not provide the relevant information required for our services, your service experience in MPCWallet may be affected as a result. We will collect personal information such as your mobile device information, account information (including account operation records, transaction records, and wallet addresses that may be involved in the account).

Please note: Your wallet password, private key, mnemonic, and Keystore on MPCWallet are not stored or synchronized to our server. We do not provide services to retrieve your wallet password, private key, mnemonic phrase, and Keystore.

In addition to the above, please note that when you use the specific functions of MPCWallet , we will give you a special reminder to collect more personal information from you before actually collecting your personal information.

When you jump to a third-party DApp, the third-party DApp will collect personal information from you. MPCWallet does not hold the personal information collected from you by third-party DApps. When you fill in personal information on third-party DApps, you should pay attention to consult the relevant user agreements and privacy instructions of the third-party DApps. We are not responsible for any losses caused by your actions on third-party DApps.

To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, we may collect and use your personal information without your authorization and consent under following circumstances:

1. Related to national security and national defense security;

2. Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;

4. The collected personal information is disclosed to the public with your authorization;

5. Your personal information will be collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;

6. Necessary for maintaining the security and compliance of services, such as finding and dealing with failures of products and services;

We confirm your correspondence with your wallet through the unique serial number of your mobile device. We will send you timely important notices such as software updates, service agreements and changes to the terms of this policy. We provide you with the "Fingerprint/Face Unlock" option in "Security Settings" of MPCWallet , allowing you to manage your digital tokens conveniently and more securely.

We process the feedback you submit to us by collecting your disclosed wallet address and mobile device information provided. We collect your personal information for our internal audit, data analysis and research, etc., in order to continuously improve our service level. In accordance with the " MPCWallet Service Agreement " and our other relevant regulations, we will use user information to manage and process users' usage behavior. ▪️ How you manage your information:

You have the following voluntary control over your personal information in MPCWallet :

1. You can import your other wallets into MPCWallet by synchronizing your wallet, or import your wallet in MPCWallet into other digital token management wallets.

2. MPCWallet will show you the information of your imported wallet. Please note that you can modify your digital token types, transfer and receive money through the "Assets" section.

Please note that in the "My" section of MPCWallet , you can freely conduct the following operations:

1. In the "Address Book", you can view and modify your "Contacts" at any time;

2. In "Security Settings", you can choose not to enable the "Fingerprint/Face Unlock" option, that is, you can choose not to use the verification service to enter MPCWallet ;

3. In "Wallet Settings", you can choose not to enable the "Face Payment" option, that is, you can choose not to invoke your biometrics (fingerprint and face) authentication during transactions.

Please note that when we collect information from you for a specific purpose, we will give you notice in advance and you have the right to opt out. But at the same time, you know that when you choose to refuse to provide relevant information, it means that you give up using the relevant services of MPCWallet .

Please note that both you and we have no control over whether your transaction records are made public, because based on the open source nature of the blockchain transaction, your transaction records are open and transparent in the entire blockchain system.

Please note that when you use the function of MPCWallet to jump to a third-party DApp, our " MPCWallet Service Agreement " and " MPCWallet Privacy Policy " will no longer apply, and your control over your personal information on the third-party DApp will no longer apply. We recommend that you read and understand its privacy rules and related user service agreements in detail before using third-party DApps.

You have the right to ask us to update, change or delete your relevant information. You understand that we may collect your information in accordance with the requirements of Article I, Section (6) of this policy without your authorization.

2. We will not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent.

Service providers and data processors that represent us and provide services to us, such as KYC checks, accounting, data processing or management services, website hosting, maintenance and operation services, mail messaging services, analytics services, payments for us transaction processing, marketing, etc.;

If we need to transfer your personal information to any other country for the above purposes, we will obtain your consent and ensure that the recipient of personal information has the same level of personal information protection measures as ours. Our app uses web analytics services provided by third-party tools.

1. If we stop the operation, we will stop the collection of your personal information in a timely manner, announce the notice of stopping operation on MPCWallet , and delete or anonymize your personal information held within a reasonable period of time.

2. In order to protect your personal information, we will take data security technical measures, improve internal compliance level, increase internal employee information security training, and set security access rights for relevant data to safely protect your private information.

3. We will push security related information to you in the "Message Center" of MPCWallet, and update the information on wallet usage and information protection for your reference.

We make the following special agreements to protect minors under the age of 18:

1.Minors should use our related services under the guidance of their parents or guardians.

2. We suggest that parents and guardians of minors should guide minors to use MPCWallet on the premise of reading this policy, the " MPCWallet Service Agreement " and our other relevant rules.

3. MPCWallet will protect the confidentiality and security of minors' personal information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

1. Please note that after you access a third-party DApp through MPCWallet, the privacy policy published by the third-party DApp will apply. The collection and use of your personal information by this third-party DApp is not under our control and is not subject to this policy.

2. We cannot guarantee that third-party DApps will take personal information protection measures in accordance with our requirements. You should choose and use third-party DApps carefully, and properly protect your personal information. We are not responsible for the privacy protection of other third-party DApps.

3. We will take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information as far as possible under the existing technical level, so as to avoid information leakage, tampering or damage. We transmit data wirelessly, therefore, we cannot ensure the privacy and security of data transmitted over wireless networks.

1. As a company providing services to you, we will not proactively provide your personal information to third parties other than those agreed in the agreement, unless we obtain your consent and inform the other party of their identity, contact information, processing purpose, and processing method and so on. In the event of a conflict between the Chinese and non-Chinese versions of this policy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
